Biggest tip I’ve ever been given- your workout isn’t over until you’ve eaten
After. Post workout fueling is critical to set up the right habits.

Too many people to hard at the gym and think they can ride out more gains by not eating after. They don’t give their body what it needs to recooperate and recover. It’ll all come crashing down by the evening when you’re body goes into starvation mode. Post workout fueling has been my key.
