Both my MCLs are damaged. Not bad, but I can’t run without soreness. Need help.
I haven’t been running in over four months, instead been doing stairs and elliptical.

I’d like to start getting my MCLs back to normal.

Should I see a chiropractor? Physical Therapist? Follow some YouTube videos? At this point I’m willing to do whatever it takes. I miss running.
