I'm glad I'm doing it because it's helping my blood sugar levels, and I'm proving to myself I still have some self control.
I lost 2 pounds the first day.....and 0 pounds since. I've been the same exact weight (to the fraction of a pound) four days now.
I'm going to keep going with hope I'll drop some weight once the body of mine begins to burn fat. I don't think it knows how. It's always had all-you-can-burn carbs. And extra sugar, too.
