My wife was rear-ended about 3 months ago. She has been going to PT on the reckless driver's auto insurance for a little over a month now, and her neck/upper back is still bothering her a decent bit. What do you do in this situation? Is the only recourse at this point to sue them for whatever money we can get to make up for the chronic pain she may have to live with?
