Anyone on the board dealt with Shingles?
Went to the doctor today for a painful, blistering rash on my hamstring.
Thought it was a heat rash from all the running I've been doing from my marathon training...which BTW is this weekend.
Doctor took 1 look and said it was Shingles. I honestly thought I had to be a boomer to get it. At 41 I never realized I could.
Good news is that it's a small flair up and doc thinks I won't get worse because the blisters are scabbing over. It hurts to touch but not major pain as I've heard other deal with.
