to make. They could potentially get a starting QB for fairly cheap in Taysom Hill. They'll definitely have to pay Tannehil more to keep him around. Bottom line is they don't have the QB that can make plays to win them a title IMO, despite having the best RB in the league. They do have the defense and run game. They need a QB who can win a game by making plays. If they took a gamble on a dude like Hill, where they are already a run and defense oriented team, Hill could fit that scheme really well. They could offer him something like 7-10 mil a year and NO likely wouldn't match it. Depending on how NO tenders Hill, they might not have to give up that much as far as picks go (I think most peeps are saying most likely a 2nd round tender right?).
