IDK, but would your employer accept AP or CLEP tests? Khan Academy offers free AP Statistics and AP Calc AB/BC courses
online. If you take those courses, you might be able to arrange to take the AP tests even though you graduated high school long ago:

Yes. You can’t order AP Exams directly, but you should be able to register to take exams at a nearby high school that administers AP Exams.

I think CLEP only offers one Calc test (equivalent to the first semester of Calc), and no statistics, but maybe you could at least get one Calc class done for only the cost of the test:
