I have three GBM patients that are 5+ years out now. My guess is there are fewer genes/viruses involved in GBM than in breast cancer so the cure is closer though mortality is currently higher in GBM.

Once you find the cure you still need to provide the treatment to do the curing. There’s $$$ in that.
