At my company many in middle management dislike the people in my position. They have said that “we aren’t as educated as they are and don’t deserve to make 100k”. I also saw my direct manager tell a guy, “Saul, you make over 100k. You need to learn to drive” we are graded on a point system. Harsh breaking, hard corners, and 6 over.
