A worker at my place of business. Desk job, clerical. Has a broken fibula so is on crutches. Doctor say's it is okay to do desk type work. HR person wants the employee sent home until healed. Is this legal? HR is worried person could fall again, and worried that other employees have been sent home so they have to treat everyone the same.
