I enjoy visiting California...
we vacation there at 2-3 times each year. I have no desire to live there. I grew up in San Jose so I’m not just someone who has no real experience and is just a California hater. But it is no longer a desirable place to live because of the political and economic realities of the place.
And that is a shame because the geography and climate really are great. Best in the country which’s ranks it at the top of the entire world.

Yep, just don’t leave out us Utahns. I know almost every new move-in to my neighborhood is a Californian.
