I love seeing kids that I have taught go to BYU. I had Carter Wheat who is currently a tight end and I have been working on getting Jake there for years. I told him I would fail him if he chose any school other then BYU and so I am really glad that he made the right choice. He is going on his mission right away, but he is a beast. He is a great kid and will do amazing things at BYU. My other student Timmy Allen unfortunately chose to play basketball at Utah. The Mesa pipeline is alive and well. Unfortunately we did miss out on some really good Mormon athletes who went to other D 1 schools.
