*Michigan UP to 9 seed, USC UP to 10 seed, BYU DOWN to 11 seed due to BYU's no Sunday play policy (there were no non-Sunday spots on the 9 and 10 seed lines)

Sunday play was a real issue in bracketing BYU w/ how I have the seed laid out. There were no Sunday spot available for BYU on the 7-10 seed lines. They are a natural 9 seed, but to accommodate them I had to drop them all the way to an 11 in the bracket.
