Correct, almost everyone is closed this week anyway, so it really amounts to a

1-week closure for most businesses. And a lot of people take part or all of next week off too.

For China, this week is like the week between Christmas and New Year's here in the US, combined with our Thanksgiving Break. In terms of how many people are working.
