Considering the Rockets have snuffed out the the Jazz how many years in a row? Your big addition Conley isn’t really panning out. Bogdonavic is a great addition, but Not enough time make a difference. Even this season, Rockets were sitting ahead of the Jazz until a recent Harden slump. I guess you could argue Westbrook is a net negative...I guess time will tell on that one.

Short answer, very likely yes, the Rockets are probably better than the Jazz and if they meet in the playoffs again, the result will likely be more of the same.
