Now I just mourn the loss of a legend and icon as well as a devoted husband and father. Kobe was a part of my life for 20 years. I along with others watched him grow and evolve both as a player and as a person. He was poised to have a very productive and meaningful post-basketball life. It's so weird that he's gone and in such a tragic, sudden, senseless manner.
