Here are two.
- Blow up the NCAA -
- Reset conferences - as regional as possible (ie. Keep BYU/Utah; ASU/UA; CU/CSU together)
- Allow smaller programs to graduate into bigger conferences and bigger programs to be downgraded
- So Vandy could drop, but Fresno State, etc to move up
I don't know how they would do this, but the current model sucks
2. BYU should Drop Football - I know this will be unpopular - But I think it should be a long-term plan, and I think there's a great way to replace the success w/something bigger and better. I assume this will get some laughing emoticons ;-) But I'm serious 🙂
