One do?
That's not really my goal but I'm wondering what more I can do to speed up the process of getting into better shape and looking better. I am about 20 pounds above my goal weight but I think most would say that I am decent shape right now. I'm lifting 3x per week and doing cardio for 45 mins-1 hr per day plus some basketball mixed in during the week usually once or twice.
When I lift I will usually do back/biceps one day, shoulders/legs another, and chest/triceps on the other. I will do 6 exercises for each muscle group so each daily workout consists of 12 different lifts. Usually takes me an hour each day for lifting.
If one were wanting to get faster results would you do more exercises per day? Exercise each muscle group more than once per week? I'm open to lifting more but don't want to overdo it and not give my muscles time to heal. I'm wondering how these guys who are shredded are working out. Any advice?
