Offer 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas for $20/ticket and I bet you'd get a lot more people in the arena.
Of course, they may not want opposing fans taking away the home floor advantage, but these schools would rather have the money, IMO.
Would be easy to find your target audience on social, too.
