Is texting really “just as dangerous” as DUI?
I’d scrutinize those studies a bit harder. I bet you’d find they aren’t high quality studies.
You could design a study to prove what ever you want. There are studies that conclude 3-day work weeks are more productive than 5-day. Because they are designed by people who only want to work 3 days a week!

Yes but so are tons of other things we would never ban so that doesn't really move the discussion forward at all.
