yesterday about a situation I know of where a guy is a multiple time DUI arrestee who skips hearings because he’s too drunk to show up.

A week ago they finally issued a warrant for his arrest. Paramedics were called to where he’s living because he was dangerously drunk for his health. Police also arrived and were made aware of the warrant and elected not to arrest him because he wasn’t currently driving drunk or violent. He drives drunk every single day.
