I’m talking about holding your phone, in one or both hands, eyes staring at it while the vehicle is in motion, regardless of what you’re using it for.
I’m not talking about a mounted phone that you touch skip on to advance the music every few minutes or glance at to see your next turn. I’m talking about when it causes a dangerous distraction from knowing what is going on around you.
