Here is another fact. A drunk driver is drunk the entire drive. Most people
aren't texting the entire drive.
The article didn't even single out texting incidents. It used distracted driving and said drivers are distracted 50% of the time. Imagine if 50% of drivers were drunk and 50% of them were distracted.
