About 5 months ago, I saw someone on here talk about an app sponsored by their health insurance that tracks exercise using Apple watches or other devices. Some providers will even pay for your watch if you commit to regular exercise over 24 months.

I have Aetna and their app is called Attain. Already had a watch so I’ve been using the app to build points. Without doing anything abnormal outside my regular exercise routine, I just cashed in a $50 Amazon gift card.
