Depends on how good they are. If they're good, community service and extra strength and conditioning.
If they aren’t very good, kick em off the team and send out a public message that this is a no tolerance program.
If I’ve learned anything from dirty Urban over the years it’s that winning comes above all else but that doesn’t mean you can’t appear to be the disciplinarian with those players who have shown they won’t help the program win anyway.
