Van Noy was the perfect example of this.
I love Van Noy, because he owned up to his mistake, took the year, and came back. Great story there. He could have gone anywhere, and Bronco even supported him in that. Van Noy. The definition of commitment.
I am not here to pass judgement. He will suffer consequences. He can either be someone like Van Noy, a great example. Or, he can fade away...
