My wife had an interesting story with a ticket.
She must have completely forgotten getting a ticket in Utah for expired tabs or something. Years later we were living in Arizona and she applied for a job that required a background check. They came back to her and asked why she didn't disclose that she had a warrant out for her arrest? She didn't know what they were talking about so they told her. Anyway, she cleared it up and got the job.
