Chrome-automation extension for chrome or some other automation that would open a page and allow you to run a script. Likewise I wrote a brief powershell script. But to see if it worked I needed a vote tally. It’s really only the post call that has to be repeated. You can export the post to powershell or cURL using chrome development tools!
