We got new phones with a BOGO promo a while ago. Still have a few months of payments left on the phones and I assume I signed a two year contract when I did that. Do I have to wait until the contract is over to switch or can I just pay off my balance for the phones and switch anytime? I moved and the service where I moved is terrible and I need to find a better provider for my area. I can't even make a call from where I work and it's driving me nuts. Never switched providers before.
