Another work pet-peeve: Any job posting that has any line to the effect of
"We are looking for A-players..." "We only want rockstars to apply..." etc...
What are they hoping to accomplish that I will look at that posting and just disqualify myself because ? Are there other companies who are only looking for mediocre people so they feel like they have to differentiate what kind of company they are?
