than Medium rare, but if thats how you like it, do you like it enough to justify paying for a filet mignon?

I had a bite of his KC strip, but it was also cooked medium, and the overall experience was worse than my filet mignon.

FM shouldn’t be done past medium (medium rare, really) but you should switch cuts. Do a Rib Eye or New York done medium
