Read books and be active.
Self help, books involving your career and interests, stocks/real estate etc. Recently have started doing this and it’s been very fulfilling.

With your torn labrum, you could try to start doing more cardio? Cycling or running. I run like 12 miles a week, nothing crazy at all. But it is a wonderful outlet for me.
