smoking meats. After researching smokers, I was going to get a pellet smoker, but there are a couple guys in my ward that are way into it and they all swear that a kamado joe is the way to go. After reading up on them, they do seem versatile though a bit pricey. I’ve now talked to a few other guys around my neighborhood that have moved exclusively to Kamados and gotten rid of their old smokers and grills. But I’m still a little hesitant. What say the CB pitmasters?
