I’m 29 and grew up with a sister who is now 26 that sounds just like your son.
There are great highs, and painful lows along the way.
The autism center at UVU has been a great resource for her. She was able to get an undergrad degree in biology, but has struggled to find a job. Interviews are tough for her and she can’t find anyone to give her a chance. Again, high highs and low lows.
There are lots of resources available to help in most places. Best of luck to you and don’t give up
