Do you have kids? Are the schools/wards comparable? We’re looking at a similar dilemma sometime in the next few years

And basically that’s what it comes down to for us. Where will be the best environment for our kids to have good friends and schools with good facilities/sports/music programs. If that means I have a longer commute, so be it (to a point). The actual house itself is less of a concern as the environment.
