There is a letter from the commish about it!

I mean if you want to disagree with Rosenthals story and the Wall Street journal report and say “allegations” rather than proof then I think you’re just willfully trying to dodge the truth.....there is pretty good documentation of the names of the people involved and dates.....I’m pretty confident that those wouldn’t be put out there as fact if it wasn’t vetted.

But again, beyond that, the MLB commissioner wrote about it to Luhnow...how are you suggesting that’s an allegation when there are copies?
