I've been studying baptism for well over a year now to be sure about how to handle things. Its been incredibly enlightening. I've been amazed how many members of the Church, myself included, have major misconceptions about the ordanance. I heard a former mission president make a doctrinally false statement at a baptism just last month.

I am certain that the Lord and most modern prophets would strongly discourage if not forbid any degree of coercion related to baptism. The ordanance cannot have its intended impact unless wholly motivated by the recipient.
