This is not a close call. BYU is really good with Nixon. Otherwise, not so much.
Nixon is a complete, legit D-1 player. Very athletic, excellent shooter, defender, rebounder, motor, and hands. He wins nearly every 50-50 ball. Plus, he is very smart, unselfish, uplifts his teammates, and he leads.
Hopefully, he continues his improve on being a little too aggressive.
He'll make money playing somewhere next year.
Without Nixon, BYU goes with a 7-man rotation.
With Harding and Toolson at less than 100%, it'll take a miracle.
Nixon's return, if he can make it back close to full strength, will be grand.
