Wife just got t-boned

Other driver claims the light was yellow. Sorry if it’s anyone you know. Anyway they seem to be denying any responsibility. Should we get a lawyer? Airbags deployed wife is fine her neck and arm is sore but xrays look good.

This is in Utah BTW. Any advice will be welcome and considered for the source by which it came.
