My son is best friend's with him. I will say, it was not for want/need. This kid is brilliant smart and off the charts in math/physics talent. I think he got caught up with thinking something was funny and didn't realize the gravity of what he was doing. It is puzzling it is felony-level type stuff, but yikes, this is sad for us. He's a good kid.
