Rented a car for the day and did the beach and Sant Michel.
Did it with 4 young kids and didn't get back til one in the morning. The beach was awesome. Kids loved it. Sant Michel was great too.
Definitely rent your own car. Gives you a lot of leeway in picking where you want to stop.
