With a new building the music people, the HFAC could be very different.
It wouldn't need the performance, practice, and office space of the current building.
The main issue would be replacing the main auditorium which I think would be a guarantee since there isn't anything else like it on campus. But they could use a smaller footprint or repurpose the extra space for other uses.
