12 top ten singles and 3 number 1 singles. One of the most iconic albums of all time (Sports), but they also had top twenty hits that spanned 6 albums. Perfect blend of rock, soul, rhythym & blues with amazing harmonies. Huey's vocals are very unique and stand out. Hard working bar/club band members that got the right group together and made good. Huey is also an amazing harmonica player. They toured relentlessly (70-80 dates a year) until a couple years ago when Huey's hearing went out.

I guess people like to pin them as an 80s pop band (and what is wrong with that to be honest), but I think their music often sounds timeless. Many later artists love and respect the band and list them as influences.
