Has there ever been a single case in the history of sports where a coach at the same level (I.e. college to college, pro to pro) changed to coaching a different sport and matched their success?

Goodness - the Pope hype train (which is well deserved) goes off the rails with this kind of stuff. I don’t care how bad Kalani is, a coach doesn’t magically move to an entirely different sport and somehow maintain the exact same level of success. Different game, number of players, number of staff, training, stats, literally everything is entirely different.

That said I love what Pope is doing. In basketball.
