Isn’t a big deal?

I get they were #2 in the nation. But they’ve also never lost in the MC and have turned into a conference rival.

I’ve been critical of the wcc, but the disparity in the league seems to be shrinking. If Gonzaga can stay at the top of college basketball, and BYU and st. Mary’s can be right there with them, the WCC will continue to see improvement from Pacific, USF, and the rest of the schools.

The football program needs a conference.
