For those of you thinking BYU will pay, they won't. You have to be ok with it.
Sean Miller is the #30 paid coach in the NCAA at $2.7M. that is more than BYU pays Sitake.
I'd bet Pope is around #72 range at $1M per. That is a lot of room to improve salary.
Only way pay goes up is if donors pony up. BYU is cheap with coaches pay. We all know it. Even the high level donors know it. It's why they donate.
