and actually ran in place 20-30 mins every day of my mission, except when i had a companion who would go to a track or park and allow me to run, while he watched. I also played tennis or basketball every P day, maybe 3 exceptions, and I was in brazil. Today at 62, and 40 years later, I still get on the tennis court or the hoops court every day I can, and I run on the days I cant. I could use a bit more resistance training, and I wish I was a diligent stretcher, but I think it can be done. One of my companions, was the father of a recent BYU QB, that guy was crazy fit! He did one handed pullups, like noone I have ever known, ran wind sprints, and became a BYU pole vaulter.
