Baxter has a long ways to go to be a steady contributor
Lacks skills that have to be taught. Takes some time to develop but he is 6’9” and can play like he is 6’10” at times because he has obscene 7’4” wingspan and better than average hops. Needs work on catching the ball, dribbling, shooting, defending, blocking shots without fouling, and generally his feel for the game. I still like his potential though.
