...and the V.A. is horrible, absolutely horrible. Remember all the scandals of administrative corruption? People dying on waiting lists while administrators were getting bonuses? How nobody really got punished because they're government employees?

I've worked in several VAs, and they're all essentially the same: Very poor patient care, slow and inefficient, administrative-heavy, corrupt, etc. I'm sure there are some exceptions, but that is what a government-run system would look like.
