Iran is fairly cold. Taiwan and Thailand only have 30-odd cases, despite proximity and number of travelers to China
Similar to Singapore, last I read most of them had direct exposure in China or prolonged exposure to someone from China. The number of cases in both countries is not increasing quickly.

So far, most of the reported cases are in countries north of the equator where it’s winter, so hopefully that’s the case
